How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your AgentixList account and all associated data at any time using one of the following methods:

Method 1: In-App Deletion (Recommended)

1. Open the AgentixList app on your device.
2. Tap the Profile tab (bottom right).
3. Tap Edit Profile.
4. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
5. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Method 2: Email Request

Send an email to privacy@agentixlist.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account. We will verify your identity and process your request.

What Data Is Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

• Account information: Your email address, username, display name, and password.
• Profile information: Avatar, bio, city, state, and ZIP code.
• Listings: All items you have listed for sale, including photos, descriptions, and pricing.
• Virtual Store: Your store page, products, store hours, logo, cover image, theme settings, and subscription.
• Messages: All conversations and messages between you and other users.
• Reviews: Reviews you have written for other users and stores.
• Saved items: Your saved/favorited listings.
• Push notification token: Your device notification registration.
• Location data: Any stored location coordinates and address information.

Data Retention After Deletion

• Your data will be removed from our active database and will no longer be visible to other users immediately upon deletion.
• Your personal data will be fully deleted or de-identified within 30 to 90 days of your deletion request.
• Copies of your data may temporarily persist in encrypted backup systems as part of our standard disaster recovery processes. These backups are purged according to our regular rotation schedule.
• Some information may be retained longer where required by law, to resolve disputes, or to enforce our agreements.
• Anonymized or aggregated data that can no longer identify you may be retained indefinitely for analytical purposes.
